Puck in Epilogue

Puck in Epilogue

Hobgoblin Theatre Company presents Puck in Epilogue, a new play by Amber Elby.

Puck finally gets the last word in Puck, in Epilogue, a one-mortal play touching on love, and visibility, in a sequel to A Midsummer Night’s Dream. Yes, Puck is a hobgoblin, but he still fears, hopes, and even doubts. When Puck considers what transpired between him and an Athenian youth, he wonders if he gave the young man the autonomy that everyone – hobgoblin and mortal alike – craves.

As Puck reflects on his prior mistakes, he charts his own path into an uncertain future. The difference between his past and what lies in store? This time, Puck is in charge.
